Customer Service Representative (Remote UK)

Description

AssetPad is looking to hire an experienced Customer service representative to assist our existing clients with their support queries on phone, email, live chat and social media.

Responsibilities

  • The first point of contact for many of our customers.
  • Log and update support queries.
  • Maintain thorough and accurate customer service records.
  • Assist with onboarding new customers.
  • Nurture customer relationships to build trust

Requirements

  • 2+ years customer service or other relevant experience.
  • Skilled with the Microsoft office suite or similar.
